Information for investors in the company Moja delnica BPH, d.d.

On 11 July 2016 the Ljubljana District Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings against the company Moja delnica borzno posredniška hiša, d.d. (Dunajska cesta 20, 1000 Ljubljana).
Responsibility for the payment of guaranteed claims to investors in the aforementioned brokerage firm, now in bankruptcy (hereinafter: investors), has been assumed by the Bank of Slovenia, which will publish all important information for investors on its website (www.bsi.si).

The guarantee scheme for investors’ claims is regulated in detail in Section 12 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI). The aforementioned act states that an investor’s guaranteed claim is equal to the net balance of the claim of the investor (natural or legal person) up to the amount of EUR 22,000 on the day bankruptcy proceedings were initiated against the brokerage firm.

The claims of entitled investors will be paid to a receiving bank, a maximum of 30 business days following the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings. Entitled investors will be informed about the receiving bank and the amount of payment in advance.
