Data on losses stemming from exposures collateralised by immovable property
In accordance with Article 430a(3) of the Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 Bank of Slovenia publishes annually on an aggregated basis the data on the exposure values and losses stemming from exposures collateralised by immovable property located in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
Based on the COREP templates – C 15.00: Exposures and losses from lending collateralised by immovable property (CR IP Losses) reported by credit institutions in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 the following data are disclosed:
- the exposure value of all outstanding exposures for which a credit institution has recognised residential/commercial property as collateral limited to the part treated as fully secured by residential/commercial property in accordance with Article 124(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013,
- losses stemming from exposures for which a credit institution has recognised residential/commercial property as collateral, up to 60% of the market value of residential property and up to 50% of the market value of the commercial property (i.e. exposures fully and completely secured by mortgages on residential/commercial property in accordance with Article 125/126 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013),
- overall losses stemming from exposures for which a credit institution has recognised residential/commercial property as collateral, up to the part of the exposure treated as fully secured by residential/commercial property in accordance with Article 124(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
Data for 2023 and 2022 for all banks and savings banks established in the Republic of Slovenia, including branches of Member States (data at the highest level of consolidation in the Republic of Slovenia):
