Exchange of tolars for euros
Tolar banknotes can be exchanged for euros at the Bank of Slovenia in perpetuity. Tolar coins can be exchanged until 3 January 2017.
REPLACEMENT BY POST
You can send your Tolar cash and completed FORM for exchange with insured letter and the sign DO NOT OPEN to the following address:

We will change them to euros at this exchange rate 1 EUR = 239.64 SIT. We do not charge commission or return postage.

If you want to change Tolar banknotes personally the opening hours of the Bank of Slovenia:
