Decisions adopted by the Governing Board on the occasion of its 316th regular meeting on 1 September 2005

In its today´s session, the Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia inter alia licensed Mr. Aleš Žajdela to hold the office of a member of the Management Board in »Abanka Vipa«.The Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia expects the soonest nomination of the entire Management Board of the bank and the soonest creation of the business strategy of the bank.
The Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia licensed »Probanka« to perform a financial service from among »other financial services«, i.e. dealing in derived financial instruments. Furthermore, the »Bankart« was licensed to perform certain tasks in performing services of payment transactions with reference to new payment instruments (a special deposit order, a special money order, direct debit, direct credit and a standing order).
