Decisions adopted by the Governing Board on the occasion of its 322nd regular meeting on 17 November 2005

1. At its today´s meeting, the Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia inter alia licensed "Nova kreditna banka Maribor d.d.", a joint-stock bank, to provide other financial services (services with reference to securities) according to the Securities´ Market Act. It is a matter of the services referred to in Article 73 of the above-mentioned Act, i.e. of orders´ acceptance and intermediation for buying or selling securities that is effected by other stockbroking companies (transferrings orders), of buying or selling securities by order and for the account of a customer (stockbroking), managing securities by order and for the account of an individual customer (managing securities) and of special services with reference to securities and auxiliary services with reference thereto.
   
2. The Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia licensed "Nova kreditna banka Maribor d.d." to execute the procedure of acquisition in relation to "Mariborska borznoposredniška hiša d.o.o.", a stockbroking company (Ltd.).
