Meeting of the Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia

- At today's meeting, in addition to matters related to banking supervision of a confidential nature pursuant to the Banking Act, the Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia also discussed the signing of a mutual cooperation agreement of banking supervisors with the Dutch Central Bank. The Bank of Slovenia has signed 12 such agreements. In agreements with the supervisory bodies of Austria, Italy and France, the Bank of Slovenia acts as the host supervisor. In nine cases (Germany, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Serbia, with the supervisory institution of Kosovo and the supervisory bodies of Italy and Austria) the Bank of Slovenia plays the role of domestic supervisor. Due to KBC bank's participating interest in NLB, a cooperation agreement was signed with Belgian supervisors.
