Spring Meetings of the IMF and the World Bank Group

Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WB) is taken place in Washington, D.C. until 24 April.

Governor Vasle will attend the meeting of the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC), which meets twice a year during every Spring Meetings and autumn Annual Meetings of the IMF and the World Bank. The IMFC will discuss current developments in global economy and international financial markets, in light of the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and Russia's aggression against Ukraine, macroeconomic outlook and possible policy responses. The IMF’s Global Policy Agenda will also be presented.
