Decisions adopted by the Governing Board on the occasion of its 326th regular meeting on 26 January 2006

1. At its today´s meeting, the Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia inter alia adopted the Decisions on putting the commemorative coins issued upon the 250th anniversary of the birth of Mr. Anton Tomaž Linhart, a playwright, and the 150th anniversary of the birth of Mr. Anton Aškerc, a poet, on the market and into circulation. The Bank of Slovenia will put the commemorative gold coins and silver ones on the market on 6 February, 2006 and these are to be sold at a price above their face value. The Bank of Slovenia will also put the 500 SIT commemorative coins into circulation on the same day, i.e. upon the 250th anniversary of the birth of Mr. Anton Tomaž Linhart, a playwright. The commemorative coins issued upon the 250th anniversary of the above-mentioned playwright will be put into circulation according to their face value.
   
2. At its today´s meeting, the Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia licensed Mr. Marko Klemenčič to hold the office of a member of the Management Board of »Raiffeisen Krekova banka d.d.«, a joint-stock bank.
